The handle latch is designed for use as a replacement on Coleman Steel Belted Coolers manufactured after 1999. It is specifically compatible with the following Coleman 54 Qt Steel Belted Cooler Model numbers: 6155-707, 6155B707, 6154-703, 6154-720, and 6154B703. Please note that this handle latch is NOT suitable for use on steel belted coolers made before the year 2000.

When used in conjunction with the Coleman Cam Latch part number 5010005238 (which is sold separately), this handle latch functions as a lock to securely keep the lid closed. To install this part, you will need a Phillips head screwdriver. If you prefer a white version of this handle latch, it can be found listed under the Latch Assembly part number 5010005235.
